Eva Trio Multi is manufactured on the basis of multi-layer technology. The technique works based on the fact that the materials steel and aluminum are put together in a 3-layer construction. 2.1 mm aluminum is placed between two layers of steel as a core, and is continuous bottom and sides. This means that the good properties from steel and aluminum combined and utilized optimally. Primed aluminum at the bottom and up the sides, will the heat is distributed quickly and evenly.
The Multi series consists of steel both inside and outside. Externally, the series appears in brushed steel; inside, it is highly polished steel, which makes the cookware easier to clean. The inside of the cookware is equipped with liter measures.
BOTTOM There is no definite bottom in the pots of the Multi series, as the production technique makes that the bottom and sides are the same thickness. Aluminum in both the bottom and sides provides an optimum heat distribution.
The outer layer of steel is magnetic, and the pan series can therefore be used on everyone heat sources.
HANDLE Strong stainless steel handle. These are spot welded. The handles do not get hotter, than you can hold them. The handles are wide and have room for the whole hand. That gives a good grip in the pan and thus a sense of security to work with.
USE Eva Trio Multi can be used for all types of cooking. You can cook potatoes in it the pan, blanch vegetables in the saute pan, fry chicken in the pan and make sauce in the saucepan. Due to the 3 layer construction, the pots are formidable to make rice porridge in. The heat is distributed perfectly and the rice porridge does not burn. There is many options and Multi can therefore be difficult to do without in the kitchen.
