EstroGain contains a unique blend of plant estrogen from, among other things, red clover and soy, which relieves discomfort associated with menopause and PMS.

EstroGain has been at the top of its product category in Scandinavia for over 15 years and contains a unique combination of phytoestrogens from soy, red clover and green tea.

One tablet provides as much as 45 mg of isoflavones (plant estrogens) as well as copious amounts of the antioxidant resveratrol. These isoflavones are what are called phytoestrogens, meaning they are almost identical in molecular form to estrogen. Inside the body, they fill the estrogen receptors, making the body think it is full of estrogen, and as a result, the effects of estrogen deficiency such as hot flashes, mood swings and sweating are reduced.

In addition, EstroGain contains various vitamins; Among other things, B2, B3 and Biotin, which help to maintain normal mucous membranes, and B6, which helps to regulate hormone activity.
