The mincer is a solid tool and it is easy to handle. The blades are stainless steel, and the removable grid around the mincer’s “teeth” makes for easy cleaning. Contact points are made in soft rubber for optimal hand placement, and the non-slip bottom secures it in one place when you use it. All parts are dishwasher-safe.
